Product Description

The D pump is designed for transporting clear water without solid particles and with a temperature below 80°C. It can also handle liquids with similar physical and chemical properties to water. This pump is ideal for municipal and mining water supply and drainage systems.

The MD pump is suitable for acid mine water that contains no solid particles, with a temperature below 80°C and a pH range of 2–4. It is specifically designed for use in mining environments.

The DG pump is used for corrosive liquids, hot water up to 105°C, or other non-particle-containing liquids with similar properties. It is commonly used for small boiler water supply or for pumping hot media.

The DF pump is ideal for transporting corrosive liquids without solid particles, operating within a temperature range of -20°C to 105°C. The pump can handle an inlet pressure of up to 0.6 MPa.

Structure:

The DG series multistage pump consists of four main parts: stator, rotor, bearing, and shaft seal.

Stator Part: This includes the suction section, middle section, discharge section, guide vanes, etc. These sections are clamped together by tension bolts to form the working chamber. The DG pump has a horizontal inlet and vertical outlet.

Rotor Part: Composed of the shaft, impeller, balance disc, bushing, etc. The shaft transfers power to the impeller, while the balance disc helps manage axial forces. A replaceable bearing is mounted on the shaft for protection.

Bearing Part: Includes the bearing housing, bearings, and gland. Both ends of the rotor are supported by single-row roller bearings inside the bearing housing. Grease lubrication is used for the bearings.

Shaft Seal: Uses a soft packing seal, consisting of the packing box, packing, and water baffle. Pressurized water is introduced into the sealing cavity for sealing, cooling, and lubrication. The water for sealing comes from the internal pressure of the pump.

Drive: The pump is directly driven by a motor through a flexible coupling, rotating clockwise when viewed from the motor end.
