1. **Application of Wood Plastic Composite (WPC) Profiles:**
Our WPC wood plastic composite profile extrusion machine integrates domestic and international technologies, featuring high automation levels, stable performance, large output, and high efficiency. It is the most professional solution for producing various types of WPC profiles both indoors and outdoors by simply changing molds. This means that with the same extrusion line, you can produce different WPC profiles just by swapping molds!
Outdoor applications include: WPC hollow decking, WPC solid decking, WPC beams/joists/keels, WPC wall cladding panels, WPC benches/chairs, WPC fences/railings, upright posts/pillars, WPC pavilions, WPC roof profiles, etc.
Indoor applications include: door and window profiles, furniture decorative profiles, foaming profiles, etc.
2. Production Process for Wood Plastic Production Line:
1) For PP, PE WPC Profiles Extrusion Craft:
100% recycled PP, PE, etc. + wood powder (from wood dust, rice husk, wheat straw, etc.) + additives → mixing → granulation → conical twin-screw extruder → profile extrusion die → profile molds → vacuum calibration platform → (haul-off) → cutter → stacker → finished product → surface finishing processes such as embossing, sanding, brushing, etc.
2) For PVC WPC Profiles Extrusion Craft:
PVC powder + wood powder + additives → mixing → extrusion line (conical twin-screw extruder → profile extrusion die → profile molds → vacuum calibration platform → haul-off → cutter → stacker → finished product) → surface finishing (such as heat transfer, sanding, embossing, etc.).
