Product IntroductionHigh Quality Impact Bed For Belt Conveyor
Impact bed is installed in the loading area of the conveyor belt to replace the traditional impact idler. Conveyor impact beds are designed to reduce shock and stress on the conveyor belt caused by falling materials, avoid abrasion and tearing from sharp materials, and prevent materials from falling and scattering.
Impact Bars consist of three different layers:
• UHMWPE Cap
• Cushioning Rubber
• Aluminum T-Slot
All parts of the impact bar are closely joined by hot vulcanization.
Features:
1. UHMWPE cap allows smooth movement of the conveyor belt.
2. Cushioning rubber absorbs impact energy.
3. Aluminum T-Slot is used for fastening impact bars to the main support frame.
4. Hot vulcanization ensures that the impact bar is well-integrated, with no risk of separation.
5. We offer OEM service, and can manufacture different impact beds according to customer's drawings or samples.
