High Quality Impact Bed For Belt Conveyor
Impact beds are installed in the loading area of conveyor belts to replace traditional impact idlers. They are designed to reduce shock and stress on the conveyor belt caused by falling materials, prevent abrasion and tearing from sharp objects, and stop materials from scattering or falling off.

Impact bars consist of three layers:
     •UHMWPE Cap
     •Cushioning Rubber
    •Aluminum T-Slot
All parts of the impact bar are closely joined using hot vulcanization, ensuring durability and a long service life.
