Overview of CZ Series Standard Chemical Pumps
CZ series standard chemical pumps are horizontal, single stage, and single suction centrifugal pumps. They are designed to conform to DIN24256/ISO2858 standards. These pumps offer a wide performance range, including all the capabilities of IH series standard chemical pumps, with improved efficiency, cavitation resistance, and other key performance indicators compared to IH pumps.
Application of CZ Series Standard Chemical Pumps
Ideal for transporting cryogenic or high-temperature liquids, neutral or corrosive liquids, and clean or liquid containing solid particles. Especially suitable for use in chemical and petrochemical industries, refineries, paper mills, pulp mills, and grain processing facilities.

Design Features of CZ Series Standard Chemical Pumps
The pressure on the shaft seal is balanced by balance holes on the blade or impeller. The shaft seal can be made of soft packing seals (which can be cooled or not) or various types of single and double-end unbalanced mechanical seals. The ball bearing is durable, and the shaft diameter is sufficient to ensure smooth operation. The pump shell design helps balance radial forces. The bearing frame, including the shaft, impeller, and stuffing box, forms a composite component, allowing maintenance without removing the pump body from the pipeline (if an extension shaft is used, the motor does not need to be removed). Flange design uses PN16 and PN25 standards based on material differences.
CZ Series Standard Chemical Pump Conveying Medium
These pumps are suitable for handling inorganic and organic acids such as sulfuric acid, nitric acid, hydrochloric acid, and phosphoric acid at various temperatures and concentrations. Alkaline solutions like sodium hydroxide and sodium carbonate, various salt solutions, and different liquid petroleum chemical products and organic compounds.
