Ideal for water supply and drainage in factories, mines, cities, and power stations, as well as irrigation of farmland and various hydraulic projects.
 
 

Both the inlet and outlet of this pump are positioned horizontally along the axial line, and the casing is split in the middle, making it unnecessary to remove the pipelines or motor when maintenance is required. The pump rotates clockwise when viewed from the clutch. A counter-clockwise rotation can also be achieved, but it must be specified at the time of order.
The main components include the pump casing (1), pump cover (2), impeller (3), shaft (4), dual-suction seal ring (5), muff (6), bearing (15), etc. Except for the shaft made of high-quality carbon steel, all other parts are made of cast iron. The materials may be changed based on the type of medium being transported.
The pump is driven directly via an elastic coupling. A stand should be installed if using a rubber band drive.
The shaft seal is a packing seal, and a packing ring is placed between the packing to cool and lubricate the seal cavity and prevent air from entering the pump. During operation, a small amount of high-pressure water flows into the packing cavity through the tapered beard to act as a water seal.
Both the pump casing and cover form the working chamber of the impeller. There are threaded holes on the flanges at both the inlet and outlet for installing vacuum and pressure gauges, as well as for draining water from the lower side.
The impeller is statically balanced, fixed with the muff and nuts on both sides, and its axial position can be adjusted using the nuts. Axial force is balanced by the symmetrical arrangement of the blades, and any residual axial force is supported by the bearing at the end of the shaft. The pump shaft is supported by two single-row radial ball bearings mounted inside the bearing housing on both ends of the pump and lubricated with grease. The dual-suction seal ring is used to reduce leakage at the impeller.

1. Pump model, flow, head (including system loss), and NPSHr at the desired operating condition.
2. Type of shaft seal (either mechanical or packing seal must be specified; otherwise, a mechanical seal will be provided).
3. Pump rotation direction (must be specified for CCW installation; otherwise, a CW installation will be provided).
4. Motor parameters (Y series motor with IP44 rating is generally used for low-voltage motors under 200KW; if a high-voltage motor is needed, please specify voltage, protection rating, insulation class, cooling method, power, number of poles, and manufacturer).
5. Materials of pump casing, impeller, and shaft (standard allocation will be provided if not specified).
6. Medium temperature (constant-temperature medium delivery will be made if not specified).
7. If the medium being transported is corrosive or contains solid particles, please note the characteristics.
