Both the inlet and outlet of this pump are located horizontally along the axial line, and the pump casing is split in the middle, allowing for easy maintenance without removing the pipelines or motor. The pump rotates clockwise when viewed from the clutch side, but it can also be configured to rotate counterclockwise upon special request.
The main components include the pump casing (1), pump cover (2), impeller (3), shaft (4), dual-suction seal ring (5), muff (6), and bearings (15). Most parts are made of cast iron, except the shaft, which is made of high-quality carbon steel. Materials can be customized based on the medium being pumped.
The pump is driven by an elastic coupling, and a stand may be required for belt-driven configurations. The shaft seal uses packing, and a water seal is provided via a tapered beard during operation to cool and lubricate the seal cavity while preventing air ingress.
The pump casing and cover form the working chamber of the impeller, with threaded holes for installing vacuum and pressure gauges on the flanges at both the inlet and outlet, as well as for draining water from the lower side.
The impeller is statically balanced, fixed with the muff and nuts on both sides, and its axial position can be adjusted using the nuts. Axial forces are balanced by the symmetrical blade arrangement, and any residual force is absorbed by the bearing at the end of the shaft. The pump shaft is supported by two single-row radial ball bearings, lubricated with grease, and the dual suction seal ring minimizes leakage at the impeller.

4. Motor parameters (Y series motor with IP44 rating is standard for low-voltage motors under 200 kW; specify voltage, protection rating, insulation class, cooling method, power, number of poles, and manufacturer for high-voltage motors).
5. Materials for pump casing, impeller, and shaft (standard materials will be used if unspecified).
6. Medium temperature (constant-temperature delivery if unspecified).
7. If the medium is corrosive or contains solid particles, please specify its characteristics.
